In this section I have to tell you that this equipment has been quite controversial in the months following its launch, since Sonoff ventured to launch it with several problems in its operation that were gradually being solved with software updates. I don’t know if one of the brand’s strategies is to use users as a kind of Beta Tester for some of their equipment, but thanks to all the feedback collected they were able to solve the problems presented by the NS Panel Pro after its launch. So much so that so far in 2023 they have released 12 software updates that not only solved problems but also included improvements in the equipment.
